Bloom’s project for 2025 was to update the Clatskanie welcome signs at both ends of town. Anthony Krueger, the chosen artist, provided his photography for the new signs, Columbia County Cultural Coalition the matching the funds and Paulson Printing helped out with printing and application of the letters. An LED reader board was installed as well to help advertise all of Clatskanie’s cultural events and of course to encourage an overall happy approach to life!
